Refund Policy:
Inkjet cartridges may not be returned once opened. You may return any unopened inkjet cartridge within 30 days of purchase for a 15% restocking charge. The restocking charge will be waived if the product is exchanged for another. Freight charges are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy:
Customer orders for inkjet cartridges are normally processed within 3 business days and shipped via DHL ground service or other common carrier. Repair orders are normally processed within 5 business days of receipt and shipped via ground service. A tracking number may be provided upon request. Your credit card will be billed when your order is shipped.
